The construction starts with the excavation obviously then we put a bottom rail all around the pool area ,we put the hot dipped heavy duty galvanised .5mm steel wall in position with upright supports every 1.2m(It will never rust but you cant put a saltwater chlorinator on this pool A Bioniser is fine and better cheaper to run and better for you ) The Base is made up of a 8to1 dry sand and cement mix hand trowelled to achieve a perfect velvet smooth finish.

Once the Heavy Duty wall is in Position we then vacuum seal the Heavy duty Vynal membrane into place again this comes with a 10 year gtee and I would like to point out the following.

1. Its Made in Australia infact the whole Pool is made in Australia but we supply the Equipment locally so we can give you full wtty support.

2.The Vynal Membrane is Sanitised which prevents Algae and Mildew from forming on it (unlike the Chinese Materials) Infact nothing can grow on the walls or floor of the Pool which means you are only putting enough chemicals in the Pool to kill the Bacteria in the water also saving on filtration time also saving on electricity and maintanance time.

3.The Vynal Membrane also has Ultra Violet Retardants impregnated into it to stop it from fadeing or cracking.

Once the Vynal Membrane has been Vacuum sealed into place we also do a dry 8 to1 sand cement wall at the back of the Pool and tie the Pool into the back wall with tie wire ,Then we fill the Pool up and connect the filtration.

Now we have some choices The Pool comes with a 6inch powdercoated top coping approximately 150mmwide(6inches) You can have that coping finish and thats included in the price.

The Result is a very nice looking Pool that can be installed in a matter of days and is very low maintanance and is available in virtually any Lenght and Width.

OPTIONAL FINISHES are decking or sandstone blocks right around or you can organise that yourself (will be cheaper IF YOU DO THIS YOURSELF .

OPTION 2. We take the top coping off altogether and we do a concrete ring beam all the way around the pool tieing the Pool in with tie wire .Then we can put Sanstone Or Tiles on the Concrete Bondbeam which overhang the Pool slightly to give the Pool a magnificent inground Pool Appearnace This costs about 2,000 baht per Lineal Mtr approx 400mm wide.
